How good are they?
All you need:
1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice (I like Garden of Life’s Raw Vanilla)
1/4 cup water or milk of choice
Feeling crazy? Add in some ground flaxseed or chia seeds.
Mix batter together. Pour onto preheated griddle, once small bubbles start to form on the top, flip. Cook for about 60 seconds more then you’re done! Enjoy plain or with 100% pure maple syrup, not that high fructose corn syrup-filled pancake syrup.
*Note: These will not be a your typical fluffy pancakes, but boy are they good!
