3-Ingredient Fudgesicles

Warmer weather is here to stay for a while and it is the perfect time to enjoy a refreshing treat.  Growing up I loved having popsicles and fudgesicles in the summertime, and I still do. I decided to look at the nutrition facts of my favorite fudgesicles and I was shocked to see 3 types of added sugar. No wonder I love them so much! Now that I’m aware of the ingredients, I make my own version. This recipe has zero added sugar and only 3 simple ingredients. They only take 5 minutes of prep time!

Three-Ingredient Fudgesicles

Ingredients:

  • 1-1/4 cup unsweetened cashew milk
  • 2 very ripe bananas*
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder

Directions:

  1. Add the cashew milk, bananas, and cocoa powder into the blender and blend well until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and stick them in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
  3. Once frozen, enjoy!

*Ripe bananas are essential for this recipe to reach the desired sweetness. You can peel them and freeze them beforehand to speed up the freezing time.

Each fudgesicle has 60 calories and no added sugar- win!
